About the Artist
A distinguished Chicago vocalist, Nave blends Jazz and Neo-Soul into a signature style that draws comparisons to icons like Phyllis Hyman, Jill Scott, Anita Baker, and Sade.
Nave's deep musical foundation began with a scholarship for classical voice at Alabama A&M University. Her career has spanned genres, including appearances in musical theatre (such as The Wiz and Pippin) and sharing the stage with acts like Foreigner.
While her preferred roots are in Rhythm & Blues, her current focus is on the healing power of music through her soulful Jazz and Neo-Soul repertoire.
